By downloading or using Dive ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dive on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
"Dive Pro" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. It is not a subscription. Payments are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your study data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and for backing up data if you wish. Deleting the app erases its data.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
Dive is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Analytics, scores, and recommendations are for personal reference only and are not professional, academic, or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Dữ liệu học tập được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm với thiết bị và việc sao lưu dữ liệu nếu muốn. Xoá ứng dụng sẽ xoá dữ liệu.
Không dịch ngược, bán lại, lạm dụng ứng dụng, hoặc sử dụng vào mục đích trái pháp luật.
Dive được cung cấp "nguyên trạng", không kèm bảo đảm nào. Các phân tích, điểm số và khuyến nghị chỉ mang tính tham khảo cá nhân, không phải tư vấn chuyên môn, học thuật hay y tế.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp hay hệ quả nào phát sinh từ việc sử dụng ứng dụng.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản; việc tiếp tục sử dụng sau khi thay đổi đồng nghĩa bạn chấp nhận Điều khoản mới.
